THE LUXE INITIATIVE – REFUND POLICY

The Luxe Initiative LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) offers digital products, services, and content through our brand ecosystem, including Luxe Travel Planner (LTP), Luxe Gadget Girl (LGG), and Luxe Consulting (LC).
This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for each type of offering.
Digital Products (Luxe Travel Planner – LTP)
When LTP is officially released, products may include:
Printable planners
Digital downloads
Templates
Toolkits
Guides
Digital products are generally non-refundable.
Because digital files cannot be “returned,” we do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded or accessed.
However, we may issue a refund on a case-by-case basis if:
The wrong product was delivered
A technical error prevented access
Duplicate purchases occurred

Consulting Services (LC)
Payments for consulting services are typically non-refundable once work has begun.
If a deposit or package includes a specific refund structure, it will be documented in the service agreement for that engagement.
Affiliate Purchases (LGG + other links)
Products purchased through external retailers (e.g., Amazon) must follow their return and refund policies.
We do not process refunds for any third-party retailer.
Workshops, Digital Events, or Early Access Releases
If The Luxe Initiative offers online workshops or paid sessions in the future:
Refunds may be available up until the event begins
No refunds will be issued after the session has started or a replay has been delivered
Details will be clearly provided on each event page.
Subscriptions (Future LTP Membership)
If The Luxe Initiative offers ongoing subscriptions in the future:
Billing terms
Cancellation windows
Refund conditions
…will be specified within the subscription agreement.
