The App
What You'll Find Inside
LTP is organized around trips. Each trip has its own space for reservations, tasks, gear, packing, and more. Here's what's fully active in this beta.
Your Trips DashboardAll trips in one place. Filter by Upcoming or Past, see status at a glance, and click into any trip.
Trip DetailDays out, itinerary, tasks, reservations — everything for a single trip in one scrollable view.
ReservationsLog flights, hotels, activities, dining, and more — with confirmation numbers, dates, costs, and contact info.
TasksYour pre-trip checklist. Add what needs to happen before departure and check items off as you go.
Getting Started
Five Minutes to Your First Trip
The app is built to be intuitive — no manual required. But this path gets you the most value out of your beta session.
1
Set up your Traveler Profile
Top nav → Traveler Profile. Add your name, passport info, emergency contacts, and any travel documents. This is your permanent identity across all trips.
2
Create a trip
Top nav → Trips → + New Trip. Use a real upcoming trip or a test trip — either works fine. Name, destination, dates, trip type, and a status.
3
Add at least one reservation
From your trip, tap "+ Add reservation." Try logging a flight or hotel. Notice the confirmation number, reservation type, and cost fields — all intentional.
4
Add a couple of tasks
Things you need to do before departure. Book hotel, arrange parking, pack the regulator. Add them, then check one off and notice how it changes.
5
Leave feedback below
Anything confusing, anything missing, anything that felt off — one sentence is enough. Your response directly informs what gets built next.

Welcome to the Luxe Travel Planner beta. I am so glad you are here. This is a quick walkthrough — about four minutes — to orient you before you open the app.
LTP is a travel planning system organized around trips. Every trip gets its own space where everything lives together: your reservations, your to-do list, your gear, packing, and eventually your dive log, documents, and a full auto-built itinerary.
Here is what is active right now in this beta.
The Trips page is your home base. Every trip you create appears here with a status tag — Planning, Confirmed, Active, or Past — and a days-out countdown. You can filter by upcoming or past. Click any trip to open it.
Inside a trip, you will see the Trip Detail page. At the top you have the trip name, destination, dates, and a stats bar showing how many days until departure, how many itinerary items you have, how many tasks, how many reservations, and how many gear items. Scroll down and you will see all your sections: Itinerary, Reservations, Tasks, Gear, Packing List, Dive Log, Expenses, and Trip Documents.
The Reservations section is fully active. Tap "Add Reservation" to log a flight, hotel, activity, restaurant, transfer — anything with a booking. You can capture the reservation name, business, type, status, confirmation number, reservation link, contact info, dates, times, address, cost, and notes. Once saved, reservations appear in the list with the reservation type tagged on the right. You can edit or delete them inline.
The Tasks section is also fully live. These are your pre-trip to-do items — things like "book airport parking," "confirm dive shop reservation," or "pack regulator." Add a task, set an optional due date, and check it off when done. Completed tasks are styled differently so your open items stay visible.
The Traveler Profile is where your permanent traveler data lives — your name, passport info, emergency contacts, health and safety details, and documents like your passport, travel insurance, and loyalty programs.
A few things are visible as placeholders but not yet active: Itinerary, Gear, Packing List, Dive Log, Expenses, and Trip Documents. These are all on the roadmap and coming in the next build phase.
That is the full picture. Open the app, create a trip, add a reservation, check off a task, and then scroll to the bottom of this page to leave your feedback. Even one sentence helps. Thank you for being part of this.
